Last Tuesday I had acupuncture...for the 1st time. I've been having bad spasms in my feet/legs (worse than usual) and I'm maxed out on Baclofin. My docture suggested acupuncture.
I had 4 in each foot, 4 in each lower leg, 1 in each hand and 2 in the top of my head.
So far it hasn't helped. But I'm going again today.
Then, tomorrow, back for more Botox in my lower arms to help relax my fists.
Can we all say OUCH?

- I worked for 20 years for State Auto Mutual Ins Co in Columbus, OH as a system analyst. On 12/1/2005, I became a quadriplegic due to a surgical mistake. After countless hours of rehabilation, I now have partial use of my hands and am paralyzed from the upper chest down. I had excellent care by Steve, my husband, and Craig, my son. And I had the best home aides I could ever ask for. Christy Foreman took excellent care of me for over 3 1/2 years. And Dee Dee Thompson joined 6 months after Christy started. On 8/8/09, we made a major decision to pick up and move to Albuquerque, NM to be near Jennifer and Tom, my daughter and son-in-law. And this is where my blog begins........
